Harvest Bounty Canvas Cake

This past week has been busy - I've had loads of recipes to work on, some of which have already gone up but most of them are either still in progress or being held back for later dates. One of the wonderful stranger things about being a blogger is the need to make festive recipes a little bit early of the festive time period. But it's enjoyable, and it's also very nice to know that I've got lots of posts ready for the Christmas season and that my blog will be very much alive.
This is also the first year NaBloPoMo slipped my mind, and also the first year that I've got posts scheduled for damned near every day throughout the month. So it looks like it's on, I'm just a little late to catch the wagon.
Anyway, my canvas cake is a simple one today, but no less delicious!

Inspired by autumn harvest, I used the basic canvas cake recipe with the addition of 20g of apple purée and 1/2 teaspoon of mixed spice, topped with 1/2 a pot of Yeo Valley fat-free honey greek yogurt, 1/2 punnet of Graze bountiful berries, and a sprinkling of Deliciously Ella original granola. It's autumn harvest in a bowl! And it's deliciously nutritious!
