Easter Giveaway! [Closed]

   I was featured in another treasury the other day, and while it wasn't the best curation I've ever seen, there was one item that caught my entire attention. It seems to be the case, I've noticed: gorgeous, front-page worthy treasuries hold little in the way of other products to truly interest me or inspire me to part with my very little money, but this one did it.

   There are two things I love about Easter, and only two things. The first are the pastel colours that are found everywhere these days, especially in my favourite garden centre, Garden and Leisure, (seriously, their easter and christmas displays are to die for!), while the second are simply Cadbury's Mini Eggs. Cadbury's, specifically, and they tend to include the whole pastel colour thing which makes them even better.

  These earrings by Blue Cherry Jewelry were what caught me. They seem simple enough, right? But for me they encompass so much more than just easter. They include my childhood. I never remembered much about Easter. I don't come from a religious family in any way, so Easter pretty much just meant chocolate to us, and in truth the chocolate was never that great (one egg I remember was a jelly baby one - it was white and raspberry chocolate and was certainly for an acquired taste. Once such taste I did not have at the age of ten, so it lived in my wardrobe for six months before I threw it out.)
